A semester of painting!

So I have never really liked  painting (it was always acrylic) but over the past semester, I was introduced to oil paints. They were so much fun and I want ti keep them up as much as possible.  Here are my paintings in order of when they were made.

The following are gestural sketches from the performance of Winsor McCay's Little Nemo in Slumberland performed by the Children's opera in Sarasota. We were allowed to attend a dress rehearsal and sketch from the audience.

 

The last part is the master copies we had to do for homework.
