So here's last year's work (sorry for how extremely late this is)
Our first assignment was to illustrate a musician we love. Surprise, surprise mine is Fall Out Boy.
And then we had to re-create a play poster. Another surprise.
We then had an open assignment and I wanted to try more watercolor food.
Then came an editorial and mine was about a woman whose hair was dying and denying the hair dye.
Finally, this was another open assignment with the restriction of including a dog.
This piece was actually selected to be in the largest student-run gallery show on campus. The show is called Illest of Illustration and is open only to illustration majors. Outside judges (professionals in the field) judge pieces as to who is in. 60 Out of 380 pieces were chosen.
